Our pledge is to produce wines revealing the true quality characteristics of the land and take care to protect the environment. Our wines are certified "organic" from vintage 2021.

Plot /climat
Les Rechaux and Les Meix
History
"Rechaux" evokes the the warmth. "Meix" formerly referred to a small farming unit, modest but large enough to feed a family.
Soil
The soil is deep and clay-silty in Les Rechaux and clay-limestone in Les Meix.
Our plot(s)
Les Meix: 28a 9ca. The plot is located at the edge of the village's residential area. Les Rechaux: 12a 82ca. This plot is also located at the bottom of the hillside, near the Château of Puligny.
The wine
Description
100% Chardonnay, handpicked grapes, raised in oak casks.
Taste
Subtle nose of orchard fruits and citrus, the mouth reveals a noble minerality, richness, and great length, characteristic of the Puligny-Montrachet terroir.
Serving temperature
12/14°C. It is recommended to decante recent vintages so as to enhance the aroma.
The vintage
- The end of the winter was very cold ; nice weather early april was the best contitions for buds to come out ; end of may, the vines are in bloom. Hot and dry conditions in july and august helped the grapes mature quickly. We started harvest on the 31st of august on Beaune Clos des Mouches white. Fine citrus aromas, well balanced between richness and freshness, without being too pronounced nor overmatured.
